I hear this all the time on discovery calls, “I’m a total mess & so is my business”

And here’s the thing, you’re probably doing better than you think.

We are our toughest critics after all.

Most of the time when a new client says that to me, I dive into their business and find the opposite is true 😉

But, what they are lacking is organization, processes and/or systems in place to make things feel SO MUCH EASIER.

Once you have these things set up, everything starts to flow better than before.

Something I challenge my clients with is to make a list of your offers and then show me how you’d ideally like them to flow.

This means from your sales funnel all the way to client onboarding and offboarding.

Then we dive into that ask the question “how can this be automated?” or “how can this feel easier”

And diving even deeper, “how can we optimize this for simplicity & easier sales?”
