From the moment a client lands on your sales page to the moment they check out.
They should feel a sense of "wow - this is easy & I'm SO excited for this." π
Not only does this make the experience amazing for them, ππ» it keeps them coming back.
And we LOVE client retention around here!
A couple of things to ask yourself about your client experience are:
1) Do I have a proper welcome sequence when someone buys my offer?
2) What am I providing my client with DURING the time duration of the offer?
3) If I were the client, would this feel easy to me to figure out?
As an OBM, one of the main things I help my clients with is increasing their retention through their client experience.
I put myself in the buyers shoes and ask those important questions to ensure we keep everything simple & streamlined.
Because a confused buyer will not buy. A confused consumer will not return. π
